    Dear Valued Members,
No one has accepted the challenge yet - could it be you?
    Will you answer the call?
Immediate Board Vacancy – Secretary/Treasurer (term ends in 2027)
Are you enthusiastic about supporting your Chapter's mission to educate and share knowledge on Erosion, Sediment, and Stormwater Control? We are seeking a dedicated individual with financial experience to fill the role of Secretary/Treasurer on our board.
    Responsibilities:
    • Attend four board meetings per year (1.5 hours each via Zoom).
    • Manage the books and prepare financial statements.
    • Develop budget reports for board meetings.
    • Complete the IECA annual financial report.
    • Handle monthly administrative payments.
Our admin takes care of the board minutes, allowing you to focus more on the treasurer's duties.
This is a great opportunity to contribute your expertise and ensure our Chapter remains a fully functioning, impactful organization.
If interested, please contact our President Adam at a.lyman@symancompany.com (208-739-8320) or Cyndi at admin2@pnwcieca.org, (530 320-9631).
