Chapter Newsletters

March 2026

COLLABORATE TODAY. SUSTAIN TOMORROW.

Several Northeast Chapter Board Members spent the first week of March attending the 2026 IECA Annual Conference and Expo held in Fort Worth, Texas. The days were jam packed offering a mix of educational and social events for industry professionals to connect and learn about erosion and sediment control practices across state lines. Members were able to represent our Northeast region at young professional events, committee meetings, chapter meetings and be recognized in award ceremonies. Distributors and manufacturers participating in the expo hall were able to showcase new products and solutions nationwide. Chapter President, Ariel Leclerc, was also able to connect with Josh Morgan, the student our chapter helped to sponsor from the University of Auburn and watch his university partner poster presentation. From keynote speakers to panel discussions and knowledge circles, a vast array of topics were discussed and explored. The work and play was equally balanced this year as women also had the opportunity to network during a Women of Water event held at a local wine bar that focused on advancing opportunities for the next generation of women to excel in our industry. If you weren’t able to attend this year, save the date now for next year’s annual conference.
