Multi-sector General Permit Compliance for Construction Support Activities

We will learn about compliance for gravel mining, asphalt and concrete batch plants. We will focus on what should be happening at the facility to maintain compliance each day. We will cover MSGP overall permit requirements, inspections, monitoring, reporting and corrective actions.

Background

Adam Lyman is the engineering manager for Syman, LLC with eighteen years of professional experience in stormwater compliance, geotechnical, civil engineering, and dewatering. Experience includes primarily transportation, land development, and public works projects with an emphasis in stormwater and non-stormwater discharge compliance for construction and industrial sites. Mr. Lyman also is a certified construction site stormwater instructor for the City of Boise and Idaho Transportation Department.
