Project Overview
Acciona Construction Australia Pty Ltd secured the design and construction contract in November 2023, with works kicking off in mid-June 2024. Completion is scheduled for late 2026, marking a major milestone for regional transport.

Investment and Scale
This $700 million project is jointly funded by the Australian Government ($560 million) and the NSW Government ($140 million). The eight-kilometre bypass is designed to deliver faster travel times, improved freight efficiency, and enhanced safety for both local and interstate motorists.
